Located in Westwood, CA this 4-story fully-occupied Condominium Complex was extensively renovated to achieve a fresh new modern facelift.  Our team communicated and coordinated with tenants on site and provided daily reports to the HOA.  Corridor walls were changed from a textured to smooth finish with a skim coat application throughout.  All common areas including baseboards, unit doors, chair rails, and crown moldings were updated.  Exterior surfaces and subterranean parking area were pressure washed and completely repainted.  We completed the project with a detailed final clean-up of all common areas and windows.

Located in Upland, CA, this beautiful Senior Housing project, occupied with 100 seniors and staff members,  underwent extensive rehab to all common areas and entire exterior.

Senior Housing

Located in Long Beach, CA this 11-story Senior Housing project required rigorous work on the exterior appearance.  Our team effectively utilized swing staging to apply elastomeric coating.  The colors selected by the architect design firm helped the building stand out and compliment the neighborhood.

UCLA DORMS

Located in Westwood, CA this 7-story Student Dormitory project received a completely new interior, exterior and common area painting.  This public-works, prevailing wage project was coordinated with a General Contractor and on-site faculty.  It was successfully and efficiently completed within UCLAs strict time schedule and guidelines. to their utmost satisfaction.
